ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two blood sureties for like sum of each. Two sureties shall be the blood relatives of the petitioner in Cr.MP.No.338 of 2026 dated 12.02.2026 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Poonamallee.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's mother is aged about 70 years and except his mother, the petitioner does not have any other relatives. Hence, he prayed for modification of the order in Para No.6(1) in Cr. M.P. No.338 of 2026 dated 12.02.2026.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has no objection to the said contention.
4. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Cr.MP.No.338 of 2026 dated 12.02.2026 by the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Poonamallee to the effect that "the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two local sureties for like sum of each." The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
5. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 24-06-2026 NSL
