The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to seek appropriate relief before the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court and has submitted a letter to the Registry dated 22.09.2015 and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
