.. Respondent Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to produce the petitioner's husband, namely, Saravanavel, aged 26 years, before this Court and to pass further orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN,J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed, by the wife of the detenu, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondent police to produce her husband, namely, Saravanavel, aged 26 years, before this Court, and to set him at liberty.

2. Mr.V.M.R.Rajentren, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent, had submitted, on instructions, that the detenu, namely, Saravanavel, had been arrested, on 25.03.2016, and remanded to judicial custody in connection with the case in Crime No.5 of 2016 on the file of Gudipala Police Station for the offence under Section 395 IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

He would further add that the detenu had been presently lodged in the Central Prison, Chittoor.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, we find it appropriate to dismiss the present Habeas Corpus Petition. This Habeas Corpus Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
