Alleging willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.15318 of 2021, dated 26.07.2021, the above Contempt Petition is filed.

2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with in letter and spirit. The learned Government Advocate produced before this Court the order passed by the Sub-Collector, Chengalpattu District, vide Na.Ka.No.2252/2020/A1, dated 25.10.2022. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also states that, recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate, appropriate orders may be passed in this Contempt Petition.
