ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation to CBCID or any other investigation agency.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that he has purchased the property on 23.01.2008 and the same had been sold to a third party on 04.06.2009. Again, the sale has been dealt with by way of an agreement on 21.07.2009. It is further contended that only one accused has been arrested and the main accused has not been arrested so far. Hence, according to the petitioner, the investigation has not been conducted properly.

3. Whereas the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and draft charge sheet is also ready and that the final report will be filed within a period of two weeks. 2/4

4. As the entire issue pertains to the genuineness of the documents and whether there is forgery or not, based on the material collected, transfer of investigation is not required in this matter.

5. In view of the above, the Investigating Officer is directed to file the final report as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one month.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs.
