2. Even today also i.e on 06.04.2024, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Thus, it is evident that 2/4

the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.23901 of 2019 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
