JUDGMENT

Mr.Ramkumar, who appears for the appellants say that the issue, raised in the captioned appeal, is covered by the judgement and order dated 23.08.2017, passed by us, in W.P.No.1000 of 2017, titled : The Chairman, Railway Board, Rail Bhavan, New Delhi Vs. Dr.P.Barath Kumar Singh. 1.1. Furthermore, we are told that the appellants have complied with the directions issued by the learned single Judge and paid a higher stipend as directed via the impugned judgment. 2.

Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. Consequently, connected pending application will stand closed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
