( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Tuesday, the Second day of November Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice M.DHANDAPANI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.11291 of 2021 IN CRL.O.P.No.16455 of 2021 SIVANANTHAM [ PETITIONER ] Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, VALANGAIMAN POLICE STATION, TIRUVARUR DISTRICT CR NO.884/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition on the petitioner on 30.09.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No. 16455 of 2021 in Valangaiman Police Station, Tiruvarur District in Cr.No. 884 of 2021 viz. the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on daily at 10.30.am. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.PALANIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 30.09.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16455 of 2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 30.09.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. All other conditions remain unaltered.
