CRIME NO.1133 OF 2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.17056 of 2021 dated 16.09.2021 in Thiruthuraipoondi Police Station, Tiruvarur District in Crime No.1133 of 2021 viz., the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every day morning at 10.30 a.m., and evening at 5.30 am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.PALANIVEL, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 16.09.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 16.09.2021, alone stands relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
