] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 98 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against S.C.No.332 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
