Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in F.SRC/NCTE/2009/B ED/REF/14497 dated 08.07.2009 and the order of the 2nd respondent in relation to the order dated 04.05.2010 in F.No.89-1293/2009-Appeal-A14755 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to cause re-inspection of the petitioner institution and accord recognition for B.Ed.course in accordance with law within a time specified by this Hon'ble Court.

When the case was taken up for consideration on 15.02.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through his learned counsel. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today i.e., on 28.02.2018, under the caption "for dismissal".

2.Today, when the petition is listed under the caption "for dismissal" and is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready and sought time to contest the matter. This Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter, since the prayer of the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
