ORDER

When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent by producing the certified copy of the order passed by the Court below in I.A.No.7 of 2022 in O.S.No.3589 of 2021 submitted that petitioners obtained an order of injunction in I.A.No.7 of 2022 restraining the respondents from proceeding with the auction of the suit property. The learned counsel further submitted that in view of the interim order passed by the Court below in I.A.No.7 of 2022, the respondent is not in a position to proceed with the auction of the suit property. The said statement of the learned counsel for the 1st respondent is recorded and the Court below is directed to dispose of the I.A.No.2 of 2021 within a period of four weeks from today.

2. With these directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 18.01.2024 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No nr 2/3
