Respondents Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.04.2019, to cancel the UDR patta issued wrongly in the name of the second respondent for Survey No.48/4 to an extent of 0.04.50 cents in patta No.363 of Punuganadoddi Village, Hosur Taluk. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.04.2019, to cancel the UDR patta issued wrongly in the name of the second respondent for Survey No.48/4 to an extent of 0.04.50 cents in patta No.363 of Punuganadoddi Village, Hosur Taluk.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent has submitted that an inquiry with regard to the subject matter is pending with the respondent and appropriate orders will be passed thereon on merit.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.04.2019, and pass orders on merit and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
