This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 367 days in filing the appeal against the conviction in S.C.No.148 of 2020 passed on 23.04.2024 by the learned XVII Additional Sessions Court, Chennai -01.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 367 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
