ORDER

On 17.02.2015, the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal" on the ground of non appearance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Even today there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. In the aforesaid circumstances, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case, hence this matter is liable to be dismissed for non prosecution.

3. In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected M.Ps are also dismissed.
