This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13169 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30164 of 2024, dated 28.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 06.30.p.m., until further orders. M. NIRMAL KUMAR, J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13169 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30164 of 2024, dated 28.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 06.30.p.m., until further orders is relaxed.
