The matter is placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below, seeking extension of time to complete the proceedings in S.T.C.Nos.990 and 958 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.3, Salem. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Salem, had sought for extension of three months, considering the delay due to pandemic situation. 2.This Court feels it appropriate to extend the time for disposal of S.T.C.Nos.990 and 958 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.3, Salem, by three months and accordingly, it is extended by three months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry. 29.04.2022 Note to office:- The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Salem, may be apprised of the extension of time forthwith.
