ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the charge sheet in Crime No.11 of 2010 on the file of All Women Police Station, Ambur, Chennai. The charge sheet has been taken on file by the learned Magistrate and the case is numbered as C.C.No.163 of 2010 by the District Munsif Court cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur. (In the petition it is mentioned as C.C.No.18 of 2010).

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent informed the Court that the trial of the case itself has been completed and the accused including the petitioner has been acquitted. This fact the learned counsel for the petitioner admitted.

3. In view of this development, the petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
