Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for R1 and R2 and Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate appearing for R3 and R4 have no objection in this Court issuing mandamus as sought for by the petitioner directing R1 and R2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.02.2019. 2.They undertake to measure the petitioner's property at Door No.53, Ward No.B, Block No.20, T.S.No.21, Kombai Nagar, Kailasampalayam, Thiruchengode, Namakkal District, admeasuring 0.0115.0 Sq. mts. in line with the procedure under the provisions of Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, fix boundary stones taking assistance of R4 and complete the exercise within a period of eight (8) weeks from today, after issuing due notice to the petitioner. 3.Recording the above, this writ petition stands disposed. No costs.
