This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC against proceedings initiated under Section 145 of Cr.PC. 2.

When this Court pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner that the jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.PC cannot be maintained against 145 proceedings, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for the permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and file a fresh petition challenging the same proceedings. 3.
