This petition is filed to condone the delay of 315 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Ms.M.Malar, learned counsel for the petitioners. Despite notice having been served upon the respondents and the names and addresses having been printed in the cause-list, none present before this Court.

The delay is 315 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 315 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
