Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2015 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for issuing writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2015. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he belongs to Scheduled Caste community and he has passed SSLC in the year 1993. Thereafter, registered his name in the employment exchange with his qualification. However, he was not given any call letter for Government appointment in the Government service. Therefore, he made a representation to the respondents on 26.11.2015, the same was forwarded by the first respondent to the second respondent on 07.12.2015. The second respondent has not considered the representation of the petitioner forwarded by the first respondent, hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the submission of Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. This Court, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
