This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for surrendering before the jurisdictional Court as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14874 of 2023, dated 04.07.2023.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case, the time is finally extended by two weeks from today to comply with the order of this Court dated 04.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14874 of 2023. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.
