ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner by forcing to make payment of Rs.1,67,000/- to the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Rita, petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 24.10.2016 on the undertaking given by one Sujatha to repay the amount to the said Rita in installments.
