The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to issue sub-division patta in the name of the petitioner by considering his representation dated 06.06.2022.

2. According to the petitioner, he purchased the property situated in S.Nos.46/53, relevant old S.Nos.8/1, 9/1 & 9/2, in the year 2014 and applied for transfer of patta. Subsequent to purchase by the petitioner, he found some defects in the sketch. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 06.06.2022 to the respondent seeking survey of the land purchased by him and for mutation of revenue records.

3. It is asserted by the petitioner that he paid necessary charges for survey of the land. However, he has not produced the receipt for payment of the service charges in the typed set.

4. Mr.D.Gopal, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner makes necessary payment of charges for survey of the land, the same will be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, the petitioner is directed to produce the receipt issued to him for payment of service charges before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On production of receipt by the petitioner, the second respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2022 and pass final orders within a period of six weeks thereafter.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
