ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking permission to take back the original Docket Order in IA SR No.2303 of 2021 in O.S.No.87 of 2014 dated 06.07.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that subsequently, CRP No.3591 of 2023 was allowed and therefore, it has become necessary for the petitioner to represent the original papers in IA SR No.2303 of 2021 in O.S.No.87 of 2014 before the trial Court.

3. I am satisfied regarding the requirement of the original Docket Order in IA SR No.2303 of 2021 to be further prosecuted before the trial Court. Hence, CMP NO.19068 of 2025 is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to return the original Docket Order in IA SR No.2303 of 2021 in O.S.No.87 of 2014 to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
