Prayer: The Civil Revision petition filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, praying dispose of the O.S.No.41 of 2017 at the earliest instance which may be fixed by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Mohan

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.41 of 201, a suit for partition.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary.

3. Mr.S.Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the applications that are pending in the suit are to bring on record the legal representatives of the 5th respondent. It is also stated that the legal representatives have been served, they are appearing through their counsels.

4. Considering the pendency of the suit which is more than four years old, the learned District Munsif, Perambalur is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.41 of 2017, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of either a web copy or a certified copy of this order, which ever is earlier.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
