Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.XAVIER FELIX, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 29.07.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.7160 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4529 of 2021 modified the conditions imposed by the petitioner. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 29.07.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police in the 1st week of every month on Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
