2. On 14.08.2023 this Court directed the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- to the plaintiff in each of the application.

3. Today the learned counsel for the applicants filed a memo reporting compliance of the earlier order. The learned counsel for the plaintiff had also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. The said memo is recorded and the applications stands allowed.

5. Registry is directed to see whether the written statement and the memo are otherwise in order and list the matter on 04.09.2023.
