This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to recall and reopen the order dated 24.07.2019, in the above Crl OP.19699 of 2019.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent.

In view of the fact that the festival itself was conducted and concluded on 02.08.2019, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The order was passed by this Court only on a prima facie consideration and not by going into the interse rights of the parties. Therefore, this order will not come in the way of the parties agitating their rights independently before the concerned Authority / Court.

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly.
