ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.10921 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.10921 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal, monthly twice at 10.30 a.m until further orders". The other conditions remain unaltered.
4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 25-06-2026 (1/2) ep To 1.The Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal.
2.The Inspector of Police, Nallur Police Station, Namakkal District.
