2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor ( Puducherry) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6796 of 2025, dated 12.03.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a week ie., on Monday and Thursday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
