Prayer in Crl.MP.No.11335 of 2023: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.13407 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023 to enable the petitioners to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate -II, Karaikkal and execute bond and offer sureties.

2. Prayer in Crl.MP.No.11336 of 2023: This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 27.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13407 of 2023, to stay at Tiruvannamalai and report before the Tiruvannamalai Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that though he has filed a petition for modification, he is not pressing the same and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle. However, 1/3

he would pray that time for surrender may be extended for a period of two weeks.

4. Heard both sides.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition in Crl.MP.No.11335 of 2023 is ordered and further two weeks time is granted to surrender and execute sureties before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically cancelled. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions in Crl.MP.No.11335 of 2023 is ordered and Crl.MP.No.11336 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.
