ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded judicial custody on 22.09.2021 at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(i) r/w 4(1-A) of Tamil nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.682 of 2021, seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.
