ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records in C.C. No.15 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambattur and quash the same.

2. Heard both sides.

3.This petition is dismissed as withdrawn as this Court is not inclined to allow the same. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission, to withdraw this petition, with liberty to raise all the points before the Trial Court and has made an endorsement to that effect.

5. Since the prosecution is of the year 2010, the Trial Court is directed to complete the trial in C.C.
