ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case and has circulated a letter dated 27.03.2026 to the Registry to that effect.

2. It is stated in the said letter that subsequent to the filing of this petition, the petitioners filed a compounding application before the Income Tax Authority, New Delhi. Based on the orders passed by the said Authority, the entire due amount has been paid and the matter has been duly compounded.

3. In view of the submission of the letter dated 07.04.2026 to the Registry by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed as withdrawn.
