The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the respondent seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.1182 of 2021 pending on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent husband has no objection to the transfer being ordered, accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.1182 of 2021 pending on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
