ORDER

Heard Mr.S.Ganesan, learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Respondent No.1, namely, L.Ramakrishnan, died on July 29, 2023 leaving behind the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein (sons) and the Proposed Respondent Nos.6 and 7 as his legal heirs/legal representatives of the deceased.

3.This Court has perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein. 4.In view of the nature of the suit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. No costs. 21.07.2025 1/2 MSM Note:Registry is directed to list the Appeal Suit on 22.08.2025.
