This petition is filed to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Before the tribunal, the 1st respondent remained ex-parte and hence, notice to the 1st respondent was dispensed with vide Court order dated 12.09.2023.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
