ORDER

This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order dated 16.04.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.737 of 2024 in STC.No.289 of 2022 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court, at 1/4

Poonamallee.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition before the appropriate forum. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
