This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.3 in the order dated 30.01.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.1378 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29085 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
