(CRIME NO.6/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30am until further orders, imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4597 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.2487 of 2021 dated 17.04.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S N.PONRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2487 of 2021 on 08.03.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month for interrogation on receipt of summons.
