2. Without expressing any opinion, by the impugned order, the case of the respondent/writ petitioner has been directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

be considered for promotion to the post of Instructor. But the Government is shown to have considered and on the ground that the post was abolished, it has rejected the case of the respondent/writ petitioner. In the circumstances, we feel that the Government is not at all aggrieved by the impugned order. Rather it is for the respondent/writ petitioner, if he is not satisfied with the reason assigned in the order passed by the Government pursuant to the order of the learned single Judge, to move the appropriate Bench. With this observation, the writ appeal stands disposed of. Consequently, C.M.P.No.13635 of 2016 is closed. No costs.
