Raja v. The General Manager

C.M.P.No.16591 of 2024 in W.A.No.SR 92070 of 2024 THE HON'BLE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE and P.B.BALAJI,J.

This petition is filed to accept the cause-title and permit the petitioner [Raja] to file an appeal against the order passed in W.P.No.20257 of 2023, dated 12.4.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner [Raja] had filed the writ petition, in the certified copy of the order, the petitioner's name has been inadvertently shown as "R.Prakash".

If that be so, the petitioner has to move an appropriate application before the writ court and get the error rectified and, thereafter, pursue the remedy of appeal.

In such view of the matter, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
