This petition has been filed for extension of time to this petitioner to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with order dated 08.01.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.443 of 2024 in Crime No.335 of 2023.

Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit as he was unable to deposit the conditional amount due to economic conditions, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month to this petitioner to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with order dated 08.01.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.443 of 2024 in Crime No.335 of 2023.
