This application has been filed to permit the applicant to amend and incorporate the following in schedule of the property, "All that piece and parcel of entire 4th floor flat measuring 5120 Sq.ft of permanent construction and 600 Sq.ft of semi permanent construction in the 5th floor together with undivided share of 1879.4 Sq.ft in the land bearing Door No.5(old No.3), Seshadri Road, Alwarpet, Chennai - 600 018, comprised in R.S.No.1550/17, Block No.30 of Mylapore Taluk, measuring to a total extent of 3 grounds and 892 Sq.ft., bounded on the north by: R.S.No.1550/30, south by 1550/18, east by : the said Seshadri Road and west by : R.S.No.1550/19, situated within the Registration District of Thousand Lights and Registration District of Chennai Central".
