C.M.P.No.18112 of 2025 in A.S. No.152 of 2019 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J This petition has been filed to discharge the 6th respondent namely Ramesh @ Ramasamy from guardianship in view of declaring 7th respondent namely Dharanya as major in the above A.S.No.152 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 25.11.2025.
