ORDER

The prayer sought for in the writ petition is to directing the 1st respondent herein to conduct patta cancellation enquiry and pass suitable order based on the representation dated 11.4.2025 and reminder dated 12.6.2025 with regard to patta bearing Nos.562 and 589 in respect of the property in survey No.62/1B5 and 62/1C1A3, Mundagambadi village, Yercaud Taluk, Salem District after verifying the relevant revenue records in accordance with law.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
