ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Spl.S.C.No.60 of 2022, pending on the file of Mahila Court, Erode on the ground that there is a compromise between the parties.

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner was a married man and was a teacher, who had physical intercourse with the victim girl who was hardly aged about 17 years, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in Spl.S.C.No.60 of 2022 on the ground of compromise.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
