The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying to direct the respondents or their men, agents not to interfere with the peaceful conduct of business in the "Royal Asian Spa Thai Massage, "BKR Grand" No.22, Sarojini Street, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600 017.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader has submitted a letter from the BKR Hotels and Resorts Private Limited, dated 04.02.2017, wherein in it has inferred that the petitioner / Mr.M.Segadevan, who was running a SPA in the name of "Royal Asian Spa" at "BKR GRAND" No.22, Sarojini Street, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600 017, has vacated the SPA on 25.03.2014, itself.
3. Recording the above said submission in the letter, no adjudication is required in the above Writ Petition. Hence, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
